Expert Analysis
Ed OBrien | Prep Redzone Scout
Parker is a physical, dominating presence as an in-line tight end who consistently wins at the point of attack and finishes blocks with authority. With his height and frame, he’s a mismatch for linebackers and cornerbacks alike, especially as a blocker. Parker is a reliable short-yardage target, able to pick up extra yards after the catch. If he shows that he’s more fluid and sudden in his breaks this season, his stock will certainly go up even more.

The tall TE for Courtland is showing out both as a receiver and a blocker. He naturally provides an open target due to his size, and he has good field awareness to find open grass. After the catch, his long strides get him 5 yards within three steps, and his size makes him a hard runner to bring down. He is a very good blocker, bending well for his size, with very good leg drive and grip strength to sustain and finish the block.
He is also playing DE showing good initial quickness off the ball. Shows a good power rush to get to the QB and strong run defense. I named him a standout player on defense in Week 1 for his 3 sack and 3 forced fumble performance that you can view here.

Keegan has no updated Hudl film from last season and is on our Watch List. However, if you scroll through his X page, you will see he is not going unnoticed. He has elite height for the Tight End position and very good size. Viewing his 7v7 reps on X, he is a fluid runner and moves very well. Do not think his size relegates him to being a blocking TE only, he has very good ability in the receiving game. I expect big things from Keegan this year, and if we see an updated highlight film covering the 2024 season, I would not be shocked to see him jump high into our rankings. He is not someone you want to overlook. Carl wrote about him previously which you can read here.
