The highly regarded Power 4 level prospect looks more comfortable after his first year in the Strivers offense. Carter’s debut season for Saint James was outstanding and he currently holds close to 10 offers! He threw for 27 touchdowns as a junior and has more weapons to play with for his second and final season with the Strivers. Carter is poised to be a Big Ten quarterback, he looked the part on Saturday.
