Last but not least, we move to our new OL1 in the 2029 class which I have to give a shoutout to the 2025 11AA state champion Devils Lake Firebirds, as they have our DL1 in Aiden Stiven Aiden Stiven 6'3" | 235 lbs | DL/OL Devils Lake | 2029 State ND and Karter Winnegge Karter Winnegge 6'1" | 262 lbs | OL Devils Lake | 2029 State ND as the OL1 in this class. I just saw Karter at the Valley City LOS Camp a few weeks back and that was where he checked my boxes as my top-tier offensive linemen in the state at the moment. He showed off great hand placement for his age and was more rangy than I was expecting out in space as the live eval is what I was looking for along with the fluidity he showed with his footwork.

Karter is one of the few out of this 2029 North Dakota rankings that I have a a full live-eval on from this summer at camps at the VCSU LOS Camp that happened in the first week of July. The 6’1 262 pounder from Devils Lake was one of the better 2029 offensive linemen I got my eyes on in Valley City amongst the heavy group fo North Dakota’s in attendance. This OL group is still coming together from a size perspective and of right now Karter peaks towards the top and again, having the live eval is huge. Should be in the top-tier for this group when the rankings come out next week.
