On top of that, Cobb is just as productive as a pass rusher, he generates a ton of pressure on passing downs and consistently forces QBs into making bad decisions with the ball.“

Cobb was terrific this week. He hauled in his career first INT, racked up 10 total tackles, and forced two throwaways.

Cobb delivered one of the most physical performances of the week, finishing with 16 total tackles, 1 sack, and 1 deflection. His bull rush consistently caved in pockets, and his lower-body strength made him immovable in the run game.

He’s a long, well-built athlete who plays with leverage and balance, keeping a free outside shoulder while shedding blocks with precision. Cobb’s combination of motor, size, and strength gives him a real chance to develop into an early contributor at the next level.

Cobb was really productive last fall for Guntersville, ending his junior year with 28 total tackles (14 solo, one for loss), and constantly pressuring and forcing bad throws from opposing QBs.
