Over the course of these three PrepRedzone Midwest recruiting-focused features, we’ve written about a ton of Ohio products, their talents, and budding recruitments for yet another testament to the Buckeye State’s prep football fertility. We got another good one here in Pickerington Central OT Justin Terry, who measures in at 6’5, 305 lbs and currently holds eight D1 offers, all of which came after the turn of the new year. Starting with Toledo, Terry has added Akron, Montana State, Ball State, Bowling Green State, Miami (OH), Maine, and Florida Atlantic, all in the span of two months, and more should be coming as programs check out his strength, motor, and hulking frame. Terry has great balance and a solid base, and when you combine it with his lateral agility and leg drive once he’s engaged with an opponent and you have a stonewall of a blocker who can move and adjust to both speed & power rushers. He can also play guard or tackle, has a bit of a nasty streak, and has experience pulling and in pass pro. Still a bit raw, but the frame and his balance and ability to stay upright, bend his knees, and stay engaged with defenders looks natural, impressive, and hard to get around as a hypothetical defensive lineman. Keep your eyes out his name as the offseason continues to progress.
