Respect is needed when you talk about one of the best linebackers in both the state of Georgia and the northern part of the state. He took a major step up in his season with the North Murray program, and he is bound to do the same this season, as I look for him to be a captain of this program, if not the lead captain, now that Hudson Hulett Hudson Hulett 5'11" | 165 lbs | ATH North Murray | 2026 State GA is off to Chattanooga. Perez is a star, and he is someone who can’t be unranked anymore. He deserves to move up because of his reliability and his ability to be a true green-dot mike linebacker at a college in the future, with his growth taking the frontline of the reasoning. Perez is someone I will continue to go to bat for in 2026.

Perez may be the most improved player in the state at this rate. He has been one of the better linebackers in the state when it comes to being a leader of a defense as well as being one of the more dominant forces in the run game. He is going to plug gaps with his speed and size, which allows me to believe that there is a college future for him. His tackling has improved, and if he improves his tackle initiation, he will only get better. Would love to see him be more violent by making the decision to run through someone instead of meeting them at the point of attack.
