Medina completed 65 percent of his passes for a school-record 3164 yards with 35 touchdowns, six interceptions and three rushing touchdowns for Norco last season and he previously played at Orange Lutheran.
He can fit the ball into tight windows and gets the ball out on time. Medina can buy time with his legs and goes through his progressions well.

He was one of the Accuracy Challenge winners at the Elite 11 Regional in LA in February and the accuracy shows up on film as well. Medina is on the smaller side, but can deliver the ball on time and in tight windows and is a good athlete who can scramble. He goes through his progressions quickly and sometimes hits his third or fourth option on plays. The arm strength could improve a bit, but the timing and accuracy are there. Medina has offers from Western Kentucky and Houston Christian.
