might be the most underrated player on this breakdown. And anybody who follows us knows how much we don’t like using the word “underrated” because it loses meaning if you use it too often. But when you look at the production that Keefer has had this season, it’s hard to argue many quarterbacks in 6A-2 have been better than him this season. Keefer has thrown for nearly 2,000 yards and should reach that number in their first round game against Tahlequah. He’s tossed over 20 touchdowns and he’s also the team’s leading rusher. He leads Putnam City in rushing yards and touchdowns and he’s looking to help lead the Pirates to new heights in the playoffs.

Putnam City got their first win of the season and it was a big one as they beat Lawton 49-20. Because of the rule in 6A-1 and 6A-2 where six teams from each district now make the playoffs, the Pirates are one step closer to locking up a playoff spot already this season. Senior quarterback

put up some of the best numbers from week four as the Pirates got the big district victory. Keefer finished the game with nearly 350 yards passing and would total well over 500 yards of total offense. He had three touchdowns passing and five total touchdowns on the night. Keefer and the Pirates now look to keep this momentum going moving forward.
