I think there are a few guys in the 2028 class in AL that can really emerge, several on this list. Spencer is another one of those guys. He has a big arm, with potential and room to add even more spin and velocity on his throws. He can put some lofty trajectory on the ball, and at his size, he will generate the most buzz with his ability to generate shock plays down the field with his arm. He is a tall, loose basketball athlete with a lot of space to fill out. He has a quick, elastic release and can boom the ball around the yard with ease. Now, it’s just time for him to fully break onto the radar and produce as a junior. Regardless, an early offer from UAB is under his belt, and there’s a chance more are coming down the pipe this offseason.
