His 78-inch wing span helps him on offense, but it shines on the other side of the ball. There’s potential as an outside linebacker or an edge, depending on the scheme. His older brother, Franz Reisz, is a true freshman defensive lineman at Northern Iowa, and Jozef shares a similar ceiling.

He did so against Nevada, as the secondary struggled to contain him, allowing Reisz to nab several chunk gains in the passing game. Reisz has averaged 20.1 yards per catch on 33 receptions this season, and he remains one of the best unsigned players out of Iowa for the class of 2025 remaining so far.
