How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Josiah Torres can throw the deep ball very well, and can also show his athleticism very well by getting out the pocket and getting a touchdowns himself

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Josiah Torres- The minute I take a day off is the day someone gets better than me. I play hard no matter what’s the situation

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play basketball, and track.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a QB I have to be a leader on the field and off the field. I’ve developed respect, discipline, responsibility, and ownership. Wether it’s in the classroom or on the field or just in general.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve lossed closed love ones but that just tells me I have to accomplish my dreams.

Coming out of Whitnall we have incoming freshman QB Josiah Torres Josiah Torres Josiah Torres 5'10" | 165 lbs | QB/ATH Whitnall | 2029 WI . The now 5’10” 165 lbs 2029 is a kid that is showing great dedication to his craft. There are plenty of examples of his offseason work from the summer. His focus on footwork and overall mobility, throwing on the move, and also getting the ball out quickly from the pocket will make him very effective on the lower level teams this fall. Watching through his clips you will see a unique throwing motion, but the ball comes out in a tight spiral and the accuracy is strong to the different levels of the field. It will be interesting to see how he continues to develop mechanically and how he grows over the next 4 years.
