How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Josiah Torres can throw the deep ball very well, and can also show his athleticism very well by getting out the pocket and getting a touchdowns himself

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Josiah Torres- The minute I take a day off is the day someone gets better than me. I play hard no matter what’s the situation

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play basketball, and track.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a QB I have to be a leader on the field and off the field. I’ve developed respect, discipline, responsibility, and ownership. Wether it’s in the classroom or on the field or just in general.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve lossed closed love ones but that just tells me I have to accomplish my dreams.

Josiah is proving to be a versatile weapon early in his career. His freshman highlights show an athlete who plays DB, QB, and returns kicks. Not a trio that you usually see, but Josiah has the unique skill set to do those things. First and foremost is the natural athleticism to be able to make big plays happen with the ball in his hand and also to be able to turn and run with receivers on defense. I got so caught up in the natural athleticism that I was caught off guard when the highlights showed him zipping the ball around the field. Torres is definitely on the path towards playing on Friday nights. I’m excited to see at what positions.
