He’s an elite-level athlete with all the speed, twitch, and explosiveness to develop into a dynamic perimeter threat at the next level. Skilled route-runner that can release against press and soft coverage with deceptiveness and lightning-quick feet. Tracks and attacks the ball downfield with strong hands and is a constant home-run threat after the catch. Also showed some flashes of physicality and turnover production at FS this season. Rivera just picked up his first offer from Cal in October with more P-4 offers certain to come in this offseason.
