Posted a six-minute junior tape back in November, unsure how I missed his release on Hudl, as this is more than enough to have had him on our ranks for months on end. James has finally caught my attention, thanks to solid single-game performances against Parkland and Martin Luther King. James caught a touchdown in the game against Parkland, a 30-yard vertical shot that had James stemming to beat a corner who aligned eight yards off the ball pre-snap. Winning deep against off-coverage against a talented secondary proves James deserves a spot on our WR rankings, again, this coupled with his Junior tape. Reps against MLK cement this notion. Two interceptions from his safety position, another touchdown through the air, this is a college-worthy player hidden in the Philadelphia Public League.
