A 2028 athlete that I am fired up to keep watching his development in North Dakota’s 2028 class is Bismarck Legacy’s Josh Link Josh Link 6'3" | 180 lbs | DB/WR Bismarck Legacy | 2028 State ND . The Sabers have a plethora of talent in that 2028 class to know and have a couple WRs that I had in my notebook but being able to watch Josh on the offensive side of the ball in Grand Forks surely intrigued me athletically what this young man can do on both sides of the ball. From an instincts perspective from what I watched from Josh I was intrigued with Josh’s ball-tracking ability and the quickness he had identifying where the ball was headed as one of the more sizable North Dakota wide receivers in attendance. He showed off great hands in the reps that I caught as our DB1 in the 2028 class surely showed that he could be play either spot at the next-level.

Reeling into the DB1 spot as a newcomer to our 2028 North Dakota rankings, is Josh Link Josh Link 6'3" | 180 lbs | DB/WR Bismarck Legacy | 2028 State ND of Bismarck Legacy. He’s a great ball-tracker for his size and knows how to win 1v1 battles with using his 6’3 180 pound frame to his advantage. He’s also has the twitchy athletic movement I like to see when he needs to climb up into the box and make his tackles with some punish from a physicality perspective. He shows that he can also be a bump a run corner, that can fluster smaller wide receivers especially in tight quarters. He surely could be one you see in our top 10 overall real soon.
