A high-ceiling OL prospect out of Bismarck, North Dakota, 2028 Asher Ziegler has some serious tools and traits working for him going into his upperclassmen campaign with Legacy High School. A First or Second Team All-Eye Test selection, Ziegler measured in 6’3 3/4, 239 lbs. with a 78 1/4″ wing and 9 1/2″ hands, and he nearly went sub-5-second in the shuttle and nearly 8′ in the broad jump as well. The length was an asset in pass pro settings, and he had nimble feet that created a good foundation of skills to work with from a collegiate or high school OL perspective. Still growing into his body, but he was tough, laterally agile, showed some bend, and was one of the most coachable kids PRZ saw during the Jackrabbits’ second & final prospect camp of the summer.

Bismarck Legacy surely has some talent in this 2028 class and in my eyes, it starts upfront with OL3 Asher Ziegler Asher Ziegler 6'5" | 240 lbs | OL/EDGE Bismarck Legacy | 2028 State ND , who is a one our highest debuts in always stacked offensive line group in North Dakota. The 6’5 240 pounder has an impressive first step for his size and is balanced from a footwork perspective, especially in pass-pro. That balance remains the same when you evaluate Asher’s pad-level as you don’t see his hands out of position frequently in the reps we watched. I feel the upside for this young man is huge, as you can add a lot more frame and strength to him over the coming years. Surely one from the Sabers that college coaches should get on early that also has upside as a pull-blocker in space.
