About Josh

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Mental play. Reading the tendencies of receivers I guard along with understanding the down and distances, playing situational football. I like to get my hands on receivers being physical and dominating at the point of contact.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very social person who likes to build relations with people, I am a devoted man in my faith, and love to spread the word to my peers. I like learning off of others and enjoy being around people.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Student leader for young life

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed good leadership and vocalization skills on the field communicating with my teammates, along with pushing them to go 100% in everything they do.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

A significant challenge I have faced was my junior season where I didn't see the field much. I had a senior in front of me and my mental health became worse. But I used that to keep my head down and work for my senior season leading to me having a great senior year.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college where I am seen as a person rather then just a number on a roster, I want to be somewhere that feels like home to where I can grow with my teammates and learn great life lessons.
