Standing at 6’4″ and 220 lbs, Joseph Sumpter Joseph Sumpter 6'5" | 235 lbs | TE Apollo | 2025 State AZ is a big body with a massive catch radius. He has surprising speed for a player of his stature, but still has the physicality and length to be really effective in the run game. He uses his size and leverage well and with his speed, he’s not easy for faster edge rushers to get around. With secure hands, he can catch just about anything that comes his way. As Sumpter looks to take on a bigger role in his final season, the Apollo offense will likely be more pass-heavy; they’ll want to make sure the tight end who averaged 26 yards a reception as a junior is a part of that.
