Krolak is a very unique quarterback on this list. Where he lacks in size, he makes up for it with excellent game management and good dual-threat ability. Besides Lawrence, Joseph is the best dual-threat on this list. Sometimes, Joseph goes off-script and scrambles. He’s not an elite athlete per se, but his feet can give the offense a first down more often than not. There are several other moments where Joseph makes plays with the designed QB run.
As for passing, Joseph is a patient passer who’s great at finding the open man deep downfield. Because of the Carlson scheme and the opponents defense, his receivers find themselves open downfield quite a bit. When that happens, Joseph does a great job of delivering a catchable ball. There are other times where Joseph does well in quick game, passing to slants or quick outs. In the short game, Joseph slings the ball with good precision and power. The one glaring issue I have is I don’t think Jospeh is the most accurate QB. He’s above-average in that regard, but to be recruited, he needs to improve his accuracy in addition.
