Adrian was in the top half of all of the testing drills, and put together a solid 1 on 1 period, earning my undivided attention for a few reps. I came away really impressed with the Carlson wideout.

-Big catch radius, goes up and high points the football

-Great footwork on release, stays balanced and fights through the initial jam

-Great concentration, came down with balls against really good coverage

Adrian was all over the field for Pressure Elite, helping them get to a 3-0 record. As a defensive back, he covers a lot of space as a safety. He has excellent body control and is very smooth as a route runner.

Adrian terrorized defensive backs all day long. I am curious to see what his official testing numbers look like, because to the eye he looked explosive. Once he got some coverage he used elite change of direction and clean route running to gain separation. He flashed good hands that allowed him to secure some difficult catches. Blackmon is looking like a potential breakout star in the Downriver area.

He is a receiver who can take the top off the defense, and he has good ball-tracking skills. After a season with not much film, I can see Adrian getting a place in the rankings if it follows with good camp performances.
