DeSocio is at Hen Hud in Section 1 now, and the talented ATH prospect, was an attendee I was intrigued to see perform after watching him at other showcases. He ran the 4th fastest 40-time of the showcase.

DeSocio was a strong runner, who showcased good footwork, and a quick burst of speed in and out of cuts. I like him a lot in the pass reps in 1v1 work, and despite a bit of stiffness, showed good route running, and the ability to make catches as a WR. His versatility is an elite aspect of his game which makes him a prospect to recruit going forward.

A larger-than-life prospect in the backfield, Joseph DeSocio Joseph DeSocio Joseph DeSocio 6'0" | 205 lbs | RB/WR Kennedy Catholic | 2028 NY immediately stood out as one of the bigger backs at camp with his size and downhill style. He paired that power with an impressive jump cut, showing the ability to evade would-be tacklers while maintaining momentum upfield. Joseph runs with a full head of steam, showing that it will be difficult to slow down once the pads are on. I anticipate him having a major impact between the tackles for his offense once the fall arrives.

DeSocio really shined in one on ones catching the ball. Had some really good catches in some pretty bad weather. Looked crisp running routes. He has some really good size, about the same as Nazarian. Would love to see him get lower and bend his knees a bit more when he runs-I felt like he was too upright at times.
