Background: Lanera is a player who caught my eye at our Winter showcase, and while watching him suit up this past season for Kennedy Catholic. He is a new player who finds himself ranked in the 2028 class, and is a guy to watch this season in AA.

Measurables: Lanera is a lengthy receiver for Kennedy Catholic, and showcases a solid frame. Standing at 6’1″ he has good height for the WR position. His weight at 150-Pounds, is where he should look to improve, as 185-190-Pounds is the bottom of the ideal weight chart given his height.

Evaluation: Lanera is a slid receiver who is making a name for himself. He has solid speed, and showcases a quick burst, topping out at around a 4.6-40 Time. Lanera shows good hands at the POA, and is good at gaining space off the line. He is a true downfield threat, and in space, he can explode for big gains. He is a true outside receiver who in space is hard to stop given his burst and speed. He has good hands, and is a physical playmaker who can fight through contact to haul in catches. I want to see Lanera improve his route running, which should make him a true #1 threat on the outside for any squad.
