This past season Halloway had put up 794 passing yards and 519 rushing yards. Getting ready for his senior year he’s coming for it all and he will dominate at a high level. Holloway has a clean throwing motion and has a ton of zip behind his throws which allows him to get the ball through tight zones. Jhalil is standing at 6’4″ with elite mobility and speed, he does not go down without fighting for every yard. Throughout his film he has made multiple defenders look silly trying to tackle him, He gives every play a 110% every time. Holloway picked up I believe his first offer from Southern Virginia University earlier this week. He is a dual threat passer who can make any defender look silly trying to tackle him in the open field.

Elite height with a very good frame with long legs and arms. Good athletic ability displaying very good flexibility, balance, good foot speed, hip fluidity, acceleration, lateral agility, change of direction, acceleration, and solid explosiveness. Good mental processing to command the offense, and making good decisions in the passing game. Elite functional arm strength to throw the deep ball with very good accuracy, and to zip the ball into tight windows on short and intermediate routes. Good accuracy on throws, keeping receivers in stride without having to make major adjustments to the pass. Very good pocket mobility, keeping good bend in his knees, and displaying very good poise under pressure to maneuver the pocket and make a throw. Good ability to extend the play out of the pocket, showing very good balance and strength as a runner to keep his feet and make a throw. Good throw on the run and when off-balanced, displaying his elite arm strength to get the ball where it needs to be. Can be used as a runner, showing very good run strength and balance to run through defenders. Can be utilized in designed runs between the tackles or on outside stretch plays. Jhalil is a dual-threat QB for E.C. Glass, and he had himself a good game leading the Hilltopper’s offense. He scored the only offensive TD for Glass with his rushing TD in the first quarter. Throughout the game, he proved to be a fearless runner and displays a nice arm in the passing game. He is only a sophomore, and we will see him for two more seasons as he continues to develop his game.
