About Jett

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

On the offensive side, I’m a versatile player! While I focus mainly as a physical, hard to tackle, deep threat receiver, I also play running back and can throw for you anytime needed! On the defensive side, I’m a physical, hard hitting safety that always has a head on the swivel and loves to talk and call out offensive plays!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

The way my mind works is that when I get on the line or when I see what I gotta do, I just do it, to the best of my ability until I hear whistles blowing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m a member of FCA and an upcoming member of our TPUSA chapter here at Franklin County Highschool!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed great qualities such as being a good communicator and loving to converse and get to know coaches and people, I’ve also helped with giving back to the community, such as helping with setting out crates for Royston Methodist Church who fed me and my team before one of our games last season!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, at 15, I had a devastating back injury where I didn’t know for three months, enduring pain you wouldn’t even be able to comprehend, if I would even be able to walk properly again, but by the grace of God I had a fully charity given surgery and was back to playing ball that same year with nothing bothering my back! And this past year I was not allowed to play any varsity sports due to transfer

What type of college are you looking for?

A college where I can pursue my goals academically, and that is a top school in football where I can help develop myself to the best person I can be!

He is explosive off the line, can overwhelm and create hesitation in DBs with his fiery footwork, and has stacked moves to separate. He will continue to get better as his hands develop, but I would consider him a hidden gem out of Franklin County.
