Huron was one of the best stories in 11AA in the 2025 seaosn as they return free safety Jeremy Hofer Jeremy Hofer 5'11" | 180 lbs | DB/WR Huron | 2027 State SD for his senior season. The 5’11 180 pounder for the Tigers might not be the biggest safety you will ever see but there’s no doubt that this kid is a playmaker as you see it as the tape rolls from his 2025 season. He’s one that his instincts will outweigh his measurables, as his tackling and physicality took a big step up in his junior season. Jeremy has a next-level bloodine with his brother Kolby playing college football at Northwestern as I would expect the Red Riaders and others from the GPAC and several other scholarship schools to be in the mix as far as offers this summer for Jeremy.

A 2027 SD prospect that my gut instinct was right that he would have a great junior season was Jeremy Hofer Jeremy Hofer 5'11" | 180 lbs | DB/WR Huron | 2027 State SD of Huron. What’s even better is Jeremy has thrived as a defensive back, a different position than where I had him graded which shows the position flexibility he has on both sides of the ball. He’s got a heckueva lot more instinctive with his athletic movement from my eyes and appears to have a quick knack using his vision to his advantage as a safety. One of a handful of difference makers we identified early for the Tigers in their stellar 2025 season that was their best one in a while.
