A well-utilized Tight End / H-Back with excellent size.

His tape shows a good variety of blocking and receiving highlights. Lining up in line, Jeffrey has several good kickout blocks. He tends to lose balance when blocking, but I still like his ability to lay a good hit and drive.

Receiving, Jeffrey has a few decent routes both lining up in-line and outside. His highlight at 0:50 shows a good contested catch on the crossing route, against a great linebacker as well.

Has the potential to be a game-wrecker next season. With even marginal improvements to speed, route running, and balance, Jeffrey’s efficency can skyrocket.
