Porter is a very good athlete that has a rare combination of size and length for the inside, and has a host of schools after him at this point in his recruitment. He is heavy handed, shows he can one or two gap if needed and had strong sudden movement abilities and natural bend in tight windows when rushing the passer. He wins with power and leverage at the POA, showing he can create immediate knock-back up front and covers ground quickly when collapsing the pocket. His combination of size, speed and agility make him a very intriguing prospect and it would not be surprising if other P4’s come in and offer him late as he has a high ceiling with untapped potential.
