He’s a dynamic receiver, strong kick returner, and though he didn’t return many punts, he was explosive when he did. Assuming he can take another step, we expect the new No. 1 for the Pride to have a big season.

What he lacks in size, Perry makes up for in elite speed. There may not have been another player in the state with as many yards after the catch as Perry, who frequently took screens and jet pop passes to the end zone. A standout kick returner as well, there are few in the state as dangerous with the ball in his hands.
