Fletcher picked up his first D-I offer from Sacramento St. in mid-May. The fourth-ranked WR in PRZ NV’s 2027 rankings was limited by injury in his sophomore season but has shown more of the promising flashes he showed as a freshman throughout this offseason. Fletcher is a strong breakout candidate coming into his junior season.
