Austin Peay got a verbal commitment from Class of 2027 offensive lineman Jason Middleton, and the Governors may have lucked into one of the better offensive tackles in Ohio. Middleton, a starter at left tackle, displays great first-step quickness, great use-of-hands, great strike timing and ability to take defenders for a ride. He gets great vertical push at the line-of-scrimmage as a run blocker, driving his feet on contact. I see him as a Major Division I prospect down the line, especially after seeing his senior tape in Week 2.
