Loved the way Jason “Ace” Lartey came through this fall for the Westfield Bulldogs. Earning All District and All region honors, Lartey was outstanding. After he almost single handily won their regular season game against Madison this is what I wrote:

Through three games Westfield sure looks like one of the best teams in Class 6 thanks in large part to their outstanding defense. Senior linebacker Jason Lartey is on a terror this fall with over 30 tackles and 4 pass break ups. I think what I enjoy most about Lartey’s tape is the high level of football IQ he displays on each play. He looks like a safety at the next level, but I could see schools being interested him for his work at outside linebacker too.
