Jasiah is a quaterback that I had a chance to see evaluate at camp earlier this year. With a bunch of big performances following his 2nd Team honors from the PRZ Next camp, it is clear that Jasiah is beginning to make a name for himself around the midwest. One of the key attributes of Summerfield’s is his timing. With his quick release and effortless footwork in the pocket, Jasiah can protect himself from pressure and protect his receivers with easy and on-time throws. Overall, Jasiah has a very high ceiling, and he is going to be a problem for defenses once he reaches his potential.

Jasiah Summerfield Jasiah Summerfield 6'0" | 190 lbs | QB Omaha Central | 2027 State NE is another quarterback that jumped out at me during the camp. Coming out of the Cornhusker State of Nebraska, Jasiah made the trek out to Northern Illinois and put on a clinic amongst some of his peers during the camp. Putting together some of the stronger testing numbers in the group, Jasiah proved that on-paper he is one of the more athletically gifted athletes in the group. During drill work, Jasiah showcased strong poise with the ball in his hands and worked effortlessly through various drills put on by the coaches. With one of the smoother throwing motions in the group, Jasiah effortlessly delivered passes to his targets consistently and concisely. He also displayed one of the faster throw releases out of the group and paired that with accuracy that is hard to find out of this class. When translated into competition, Jasiah has the capability to rip passes out of the pocket at an incredibly fast clip. Jasiah also proved to have some of the better timing in his throws out of this group, which allowed him to set his receivers up with easy catches on the run. Jasiah has proven himself time and time again at several showcases around Nebraska, and this camp was no different. It will only be a matter of time before Jasiah makes a name for himself on the big stage at one of college football’s elite programs.
