Anctil showed a lot of promise as a sophomore last season for a program that went unbeaten in winning the Class 4A state championship. You could see that when watching his highlight video. He’s built on that performance early in the 2026 campaign. I watched him live last Friday, when the Saints took down Clear Creek Amana in Tiffin. They put up more than 400 yards of offense, a lot of the 221 ground yards coming behind him at right tackle. Anctil is a big, strong presence coming off of the outside. He explodes off of the snap, brings impact at the point of attack and drives through opponents in the run game. Light on his feet, Anctil also sets up well in pass protection and can reach blocks in space. Only a junior, he’s a prospect on the rise, one packed with potential.

Anctil looks the part of a notable prospect coming up through one of the state’s better programs when it comes to developing talent for the next level. The junior-to-be could play an important role on a Xavier offensive front looking to replace key pieces lost to graduation. Anctil appears to have the ability to do just that when we watch his sophomore highlight video of 2025. He’s definitely an interesting O-Line prospect when we watch him working on the non-varsity level for the Class 4A state champions last fall. Many matchups are won with power, for sure, but Anctil also moves well for a big guy, plays calling him to pull from right tackle and pick off defenders in space, which he does. He’s light on his feet and sets up well in pass protection, operating with active hands and sliding well laterally. Anctil is definitely a prospect to watch in 2026 and beyond. He reports a 4.3 grade point average.
