His cuts can be so sharp that at one point, Hall broke a linebacker’s ankles as he promptly had a seat on the ground. A seemingly reliable target out of the backfield, he extends for the ball wen targeted too. Hall can, however, stand to improve his footwork. At certain moments during indy they came across a bit sloppy.

Part of what males Hall such a threat is how he runs behind his pads with a low pad level. A patient runner, Hall allows things to develop in front of him before making a cut or a bounce. The stylistic approach to running allows poor tacklers to over pursue despite having an angle. There is some speed to Hall’s game, as there are moments where he can split cover 2 safeties up the middle. While also being good at finding and exploiting creases, Hall has shown to hit the breaks hard when he fakes, causing defenders to buckle due to poor leverag.
