James is a player on the rise heading into the 2026 season and makes his rankings debut at #20 overall and the #2 overall OL prospect. A legit 6’4-5″ and a reported 80″ wingspan, he has the size, length and build to be a top prospect and P4 kid. A solid overall athlete for the position; James can bend, run on his toes and be explosive through the hips. He has also developed more strength and power to go along with an intense play style. James will be a name to know this fall. I expect him to show out for a sleeper Laurel HS squad in PG and pick up some offers at the seasons end.

Laurel | 2029 StateMD is the one who should make people sit up. Per his X account (formerly Twitter), he’s actually 6-5 and 290 pounds. Per his X account, he allowed only two sacks and zero pressures in 10 games. He’s already a Top 25 prospect on this list, and I can see him climbing up even further and picking up offers with a solid sophomore-year season.
An under the radar gem of a prospect in my mind at this stage, James is a 2029 prospect that has a ton of potential. With P4 size, an 80″ wingspan and a frame to go along with it -James looks every bit the part on the hoof. He possesses solid knee bend and very active, skillful footwork. Can sink his hips and shows a solid pop. He split time between JV and Varsity last fall, but should take over at OT full go next fall. James still needs more reps & some overall development, but there is a lot to like about his future.
No college interest so far, but should make his name known this summer on the camp circuit. I can see James in line to possibly be a top 2029 OL in the area after his sophomore season.
