Demerius started his sophomore year off strong with a combined 6 total TDs in his first game of the year. A dual threat QB he is able to beat you with his arm or from scrambling & taking designed QB runs for big chunks of yardage. He’s a got a nice build, and a good overall athlete being a basketball player as well. Demerius shows nice arm strength able to get it down the seam with good zip or launch it deep. Great at keeping the play alive and always keeping his eyes downfield to find the open reciever.

After putting together a strong year I am looking forward to seeing Demerius be a top guy for Laurel as they go as he goes. Demerius is a talented young player with a lot of good tools who could have a breakout junior season and be a huge riser in the next rankings.
