Notes: Curoso is pressing to be the top running back in Northern California and has had good showing at multiple camps this off-season. He is a throwback runner that looks for contact in the hole, has strong vision in tight windows, cutback abilities against flow and is a violent runner with natural forward lean, leg drive through tacklers and can make people miss in the hole with contact balance and twitch. He is also a natural pass catcher out of the backfield or in the slot with strong hands and tracking abilities. Curoso is a elite prospect that has been flying under the radar but should draw plenty more P4 attention/offers in the coming months.
The Sophomore phenom is one of the best players in his class across California and has seen his recruitment pickup in recent months gathering offers from two top P4 schools. He can play on either side of the ball in college and has natural instincts, a violent play-style and is poised for a monster Junior season. Curoso should collect other offers through the Spring and summer especially on the camp/showcase circuit.
Notes: One of the faster rising prospects in the region for the 2028 class, Curoso should be seeing more P4 offers coming in here soon and is going to have a monster Junior season on both sides of the ball. He is a two-way standout and had one of the best seasons statistically on both sides of the ball from any prospect across California last season as only a sophomore.
Curoso has had a very busy off-season so far coming off a insane 1,500 yard rushing season and logging 100+ tackles on the defensive side for Clovis. The rising Junior is one of the top players at his position in the state and could very well be closing in on the 2,000 yard rushing marker in 2026 and has already picked up offers from UNLV, Colorado State and Oregon State. He is a strong and violent compact runner that gets downhill quickly, runs behind his pads with great lean and leg drive through contact and looks for tacklers in the hole. He also possesses elite contact balance and bounces off tacklers while showing patience behind his blocks and possesses a third level gear in the clear. Curoso is a natural pass catcher out of the backfield and excels in pass protection as well and is a well rounded prospect that brings a ton to the table. Overall, he is a very instinctual and violent two-way player that has been flying under the radar up to this point and should really burst onto the scene here soon.
Notes: One of the top two-way guys in the entire state for the ’28 class, Curoso picked up Oregon State earlier this week and should see a slew of others come in this Spring. He can play on either side of the ball at the next level and is a P4 talent that should collect his first offer at that level soon.
Curoso is one of the top sophomore prospects in the state of California, and is a two-way star for Clovis. He is a no-brainer high level prospect that should draw plenty of G5/P4 interest this off-season. He has been on a tear so far this year and is a complete back with natural hands and downfield speed while running violent, looking for contact in the hole and doubles with defensive duties as well. He has been one of the top statistical performers week in and week out of this season and this weekend was no different against Clovis West. He erupted for nearly 200 yards and 4 touchdowns on the night. He is without a doubt one of the top 2028 prospects in the state on either side and should be closing in on his first offer soon.
Curuso has had a truly breakout season on both sides of the ball for Clovis and is one of the top players across the central valley regardless of class. He is a standout at running back and inside linebacker and is a violent hitter that is a tremendous natural athlete that is fluid in space and a diverse ball carrier with a wide skillset. So far through the first 4 weeks, he has rushed for 252 yards and 5 scores, adding another touchdown and 98 yards receiving. Defensively he has tallied 48 tackles and 6 TFL’s and is a no-brainer FBS caliber prospect that should really start blowing up this off-season.
