Jamar stays in the top 10 from pre-season, moving up two spots to #7 and is the #1 rated ATH and second highest prospect out of Delaware. He has a handful of offers from the likes of Duke, Michigan, NC State and more. However I feel he is still an under recruited prospect and should blow up this spring/summer as more teams get eyes on him.
Possessing excellent size, build, and length, Jamar plays WR but I have him as an ATH because he develops he could morph into an athlete capable of playing multiple roles for a team. Jamar has excellent ball skills and body control when attacking the pass in the air. His hands are constantly improving and he is high level athlete, recently breaking the Sallie school record with a 6’7″ High Jump. Jamar is a player I have been high for a while now and he is a gem prospect on the rise.

Jamar is a player I am very high on as a prospect and he showed out and had a huge game for Salesianum last week. He had 2 receiving TDs in the game and they were both big play scores. One was on a quick slant that he took to the house. The other was deep ball where he made a diving catch into the end zone securing the grab.
A player who looks the part on the hoof, Jamar Has added some bulk since last year and it now about ~200lbs. He is a smooth long strider who gets on top of the DB in just a few steps. Shows strong hands and is a physical kid on the field. Multiple times I saw be an impact blocker as a WR as well. He took it took to the defenders, has a dawg mentality to him. Mainly plays WR but can play as a S as well using his length and size to go make plays on the ball.
As of now Jamar holds a collection of offers from the likes of UMD, UNC, VTech, Wisconsin and more. If Jamar keeps up this level of play all year long I can see him becoming a 20+ offer kid and potentially a National prospect when it’s all said & done.

Jamar is a sleeper of a prospect still but I expect that to change big time this spring. With only two Power 4 Offers so far, Jamar comes to Salesianum after playing his sophomore year at Tower Hill HS (DE).
A player that impacts the game across all 3 levels. Jamar finished last year with 742 receiving yards 9 TDs and 44 tckls 4 INTs and made 1st Team All State WR & DB as well as 2nd Team All Conference KR. Jamar has great size and length, at 6’4″ 185lbs with a long limbed frame that will fill out very well. A great overall athlete, Jamar is a multi-sport kid playing basketball and running track as well. An incredibly rangy player, Jamar has a smooth fluid stride that allows him to cover a ton of area back at Safety or take a slant to the house passing by the entire defense as a WR. He shows excellent ball skills, he tracks it well and shows strong hands able to go and snatch it out of the air. That combined with his leaping ability to go up and get it makes Jamar a very tough cover and an excellent deep ball & red zone threat. He is not just a straight-line runner though, he shows ability to get good YAC and some twitch in his hips to make space for himself.
Currently I like Jamar best as an X WR but he comes in as the #1 rated athlete as he could end up playing multiple spots at the next level. Colleges could like/use him in many ways with his athleticism and versatility and I expect them to learn that this spring/summer once they get eyes on Jamar as he is a no brainer Power 4 prospect.
