Playing against Northern Allegheny, he dominated their offensive line. As a defensive lineman, he used his strength, speed, and athleticism to make plays all game. He gets off the ball extremely quickly, and Northern Allegheny struggled to contain him. Several times he pushed offensive linemen back into the backfield. He also showed a motor that never quits as he chases plays all over the field. McKinley-Jones showed he was back from injury and ready to dominate.

He is disruptive as he constantly fires off the ball right when the offense snaps the ball. He also shows good bend and strength as he can make moves against bigger offensive linemen. He also has good motor skills as he always chases plays all over the field. Against Hempfield last week, McKInley-Jones was able to have 3 sacks on the evening. I am excited to see how he plays this year. He has the potential to improve and play even better.

He has one of the fastest get-offs I have seen from a defensive tackle in a while. His ability to fire off and then disrupt the offensive backfield is impressive. Then, when he gets into the backfield, he has the quickness to make tackles in the backfield. The other big part of his game is his motor. He never stops chasing plays all over the field. I could also see him playing as an off-ball linebacker because of his ability to chase plays all over the field. McKinley-Jones is a good player who has a chance to jump up to an even higher level next season.
