Arguably the top quarterback on all of Long Island, Tripptree had a monster junior season. He thrived in big games and helped Sayville to a 12-0 record and a Long Island title. This summer he was one of the most accurate quarterbacks I saw at camps and 7v7 circuits. He collected multiple FCS offers and Tripptree has a great skill group around him and you can expect him to have another big year

A major candidate for not only the Boomer award but the Hansen award as well. He had a monster junior season for the Golden Flashes, as he led them to a perfect 12-0 record and a Long Island Championship. Tripptree was an easy All State selection with over 2,000 yards and 30 touchdowns, and keep in mind he got subbed out most games well before they were over. He has good size and a great arm. Tripptree’s timing and ball placement is on an elite level; he’s earned several FCS offers this summer.

Going into Tripptree’s senior year you have to think he’s a serious contender for the Hansen award. Not only is he one of the best quarterbacks in the state, he has an incredible supporting staff around him. He utilized his speedy receivers in this offense by throwing absolute dimes downfield. He connected with

on an amazing long ball early against Bayport-Blue Point. Just like some of the other top quarterbacks on the island, Tripptree’s leadership is evident. The Golden Flashes are his team and he led this Sayville offense to a great performance by making the smart plays and had amazing chemistry and timing with his receivers. He connected on a variety of passes and he showed why he’s a division 1 bound QB thanks to all of his tools.

Long Island’s top quarterback has received his second division one offer from Marist. Tripptree went up to their camp and he had a performance and earned the offer from Marist. He’s one of the most accurate passers and he’s been dominating at a ton of camps this summer. He has the ability to rack up more FCS offers during camp season.

After receiving multiple offers there was some hype around Tripptree and he lived up to it at the Elite V Showcase. He looked terrific when it was his throwing the ball. He was very smooth and he easily had one of the strongest arms at the event. When it came to the deep balls, he was accurate and put his receiver in good positions to make plays.

is a smooth operator behind center. He has the size, athleticism, and arm talent you want at the next level and is a sound decision maker that looks the part. That offer is from FCS Lafayette and while Tripptree is a huge FCS who could even garner some FBS looks with another really good season.

is an incredible talent and he is one of the most efficient playmakers in all of New York. Tripptree led a dominant Sayville offense in Long Island and 2,566 yards passing, 31 touchdowns, 5 interceptions, and a 67% completion percentage. Tripptree has a really smooth arm and does a great job of utilizing his touch and accuracy to make throws all over the field. Tripptree is a really quality decision maker and does a great job of not being overaggressive with the ball. With only 5 interceptions all season Tripptree knows how to take care of the ball and his consistency throughout the season is something that a ton of other quarterbacks in this class struggle with.
With Tripptree there is some concerns in terms of the competition level throughout the season with several games on the schedule where a player of his caliber is expected to perform very well. However, when it matters Tripptree steps up. His best performances come in the most important games and Tripptree has the poise you want from a quarterback at the next level. What I want to see Tripptree show a little more on tape is being a little more aggressive as a passer. Tripptree makes all the right plays and does it well but with a dominant season where Sayville did not lose a game we know what Tripptree can do. I want to see him take some more risks and showcase that he has the arm and accuracy to separate himself from other quarterbacks in this class.

This past high school season, Tripptree had one of the biggest breakout seasons out of any player in New York. His efficiency and ability to play amazing in the postseason was the most impressive part. During the year he also showed he was a terrific running threat. He has the athleticism to make plays running the ball or making throws on the run. Tripptree’s quick decision making will guide him to success with Third and Ten. His arm talent is very exciting and now he will work with some electrifying wide receivers. Tripptree throws a pretty deep ball, so it’ll be a must watch when he connects with these speedsters this spring and summer.

showed us this season why he deserved to jump up the rankings with an incredible efficient season where he led Sayville to an undefeated record. Tripptree had 31 TDs to only 5 INTS for a 6/1 TD/INT Ratio which was one of the best in New York this season. Tripptree also completed 67% of his passes showcasing his efficiency as a thrower. Tripptree has really solid touch on his passes and does a really good job of using anticipation and timing to throw his receivers open. Tripptree is a really solid athlete and can be a factor in the run game but his athleticism and movement in the pocket are what help him a dangerous passer. Overall, Tripptree’s arm talent is undeniable and there may not be a player in New York who we are excited to see more in his senior season than Tripptree.

was really consistent with his throws at camp. He was really accurate at the intermediate range at camp and did a really good job of throwing his receivers open. I think Tripptree had really good timing on his throws and was really good at hitting receivers at the best point in their route.
