Another tight end with plenty of long term upside,

projects as a reliable short to medium yardage target in the passing game. He does an excellent job getting his head around quickly and consistently secures the football with strong, dependable hands. Jake’s frame gives him a natural advantage at the catch point, and as he continues to play with more physicality and fully utilize his size, he has the potential to become an even more difficult matchup for defenders. The tools are already there, so I am excited to see what Jake can do this fall.

has high expectations as he embarks on his high school career. The son of a successful coaching family, Cipot is a prospect that is certainly coachable and ready to work. He must, however, not forget the attention to details. One rep I caught of his, Cipot had a clean drop. It seemed as though he was more worried about what he was going to do with the ball before he ever had possession of the ball. I am sure he has heard his father and uncle, alike, say what I am about to say: it is the little things, son! Look the ball in to your hands. Given his pedigree, I am certain that Cipot never makes this error again in his career.

- Heading back to the Garden State, we take a look at Jack Cipot. The Future Wall TE, wore #127 throughout the showcase in the Dome.
Cipot was a strong pass catcher, and a player who I see with a high IQ. He understands how to work with space, and can use his hands well to push people off balance as a blocker. Cipot had a solid performance in the Dome this past weekend and a player with a bright future.

playing out of Wall High school. I like how he works on his craft and he looks like he could dominate at tight end or linebacker next fall.

I first saw Jake at the PRZ Next Combine back in April 2025, and he’s continued to build on the promise he showed that day. The big-bodied tight end has put together an impressive 2025 campaign, consistently finding ways to get open and making himself a reliable target down the field. He combines soft hands with excellent body control, allowing him to make difficult catches look routine. Once the ball is in his hands, he becomes a physical, bruising runner who is tough to bring down. Jake has firmly established himself as one of the top tight end prospects in attendance and is an early candidate for Tight End MVP honors.

proved to be a reliable and versatile weapon for St. James last weekend, standing out as both a big-bodied target and a surprisingly shifty playmaker. Lining up at tight end, he showed his ability to get open downfield and make life easy for his quarterback, highlighted by an effortless pitch-and-catch touchdown where he didn’t even have to fight for position. Cipot also impressed with his body control, securing a low throw around his legs and keeping the drive alive, while showcasing some unexpected elusiveness by shaking off would be tacklers in the open field. Jake’s combination of size, hands, and agility makes him a dangerous option in the passing game moving forward.

One of the top tight ends in the NJ 2030 class,

proved to be a downfield threat in his first game of the season. One of his best highlights was a pass thrown slightly behind him where he was able to slow his route down and one hand the ball for the score. He has extremely strong hands, and that was demonstrated not only on that catch but throughout the game.
Jake caught another ball along the sideline with his arms extended out to prevent it from bouncing off his pads. Lastly, I was impressed with Jake’s ability to feel the coverage. He was able to find the soft spot in the coverage on one of his catches and sit down to receive the easy catch. Jake is showing early signs of a high ceiling and football IQ to go with it.

Jack is a promising tight end prospect who consistently showed his ability to go up and snag the ball out of the air on Saturday. He made several impressive, contested catches, using his length and strong hands to win battles against defenders. With longer arms that give him the advantage of reaching over DBs, and a bigger frame that already looks the part of an freshman, Jack is only going to become more dangerous as he adds weight and strength. He’s definitely one to keep an eye on moving forward.

shares the same lineage of a family of coaches from that same Cipot family tree. A bit bigger than Luke, Jake is one of the few prospects that, especially at this young age, list himself as a tight end. Aside from the camp rendition of backyard football between Luke covering Jake, I look forward to him working against other linebackers and safties, alike.
