I’ve long been high on Bock as a prospect, so I was super excited when I saw he had a fantastic Week 3 performance through the air. On only two receptions he tallied 72 yards and a TD proving once again in a stacked receiver room he’s both underrated and extremely talented.

Bock has the ideal size and athleticism to be a dual-threat type of tight end. His natural and secure hands characterize his ability to catch the ball, making tough catches appear easy. Bock’s strength at the point of contact is a significant positive to his game, whether in the passing game or as a blocker. He excels in sealing the edge, forcing defenders inside and disrupting their rush plan. What sets him apart is his tenacious mentality, showcasing a relentlessness as a blocker. His understanding of leverage allows him to control reps at the line, opening up running lanes and providing protection for his quarterback while also playing with a strong anchor. His hand technique and lower body strength further enhance his blocking capabilities. Bock’s aggressive approach is evident as he actively seeks opportunities to engage and block opponents, displaying an innate awareness of his role in the game.
