Jimenez is one of the most active linebackers across the central valley, and put together a stellar senior season, where he tallied 73 tackles and 14 TFL’s and was the leader of this Rams defense. He is a big and physical downhill thumper that explodes through contact, runs through blockers in the box and fills quickly while extremely physical near the LOS and shows closing speed into the backfield and when tracking backside. He is a very high IQ kid that can sniff out plays quickly, redirect when closing and is a sound open field tackler that takes good angles in space. Very deserving of checking into our rankings, Jimenez has one offer from Ashland University, but it would not be surprising if a FCS school comes in late and offers.
