A dynamic dual-threat quarterback from Marietta still flying under the radar, Duckett may not bring ideal size or arm strength, but he’s a playmaker who understands his job and can make plays in different ways. He’s one of the more athletic quarterbacks in Cobb County who also knows how to make big plays with his arm. During a week two win over Etowah, Duckett made plays all night long with his his arm and his legs, throwing for 214 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 152 yards and one more score. He’s safe and efficient with the football but knows how to take off when he has the opportunity to do so. He has a chance to be one of the best in Cobb County this year and will see a new Prep Redzone ranking come his way when the next rankings are updated.
