It has been impressive watching the rapid growth and development of Jacoby’s game over this past year. The RT possesses the rare height/weight/length you want in a high end OL prospect. Jacoby now stands at 6’5″ 270 lbs with an impressive 81″ wingspan. Jacoby faced a lot of WI’s best defensive talent this season, and still made dominant plays. In the run game, Jacoby has a firs step that quickly closes him onto the DL. He transitions that burst into power as his heavy hands clamp onto his man and he runs his feet through the block. Krill also has shown that he can get up to the second level. In the passing game, Jacoby has a very reliable anchor that he can set into and completely stuff bull rush attempts. Jacoby uses his length to his advantage to make first contact, and you still see that nasty streak to finish blocks with aggression that you don’t see often at the high school level in pass protection. Give the big OT a look.
