Jacob comes in as our DL9 in the 2027 North Dakota class and is one that has position flexibility to play on either side of the trenches at the next-level. His ability to accelerate while getting off blocks is what intrigues me right away when you watch the tape, as Jacob picks up speed quickly for a 6’3 240 pounder that surely has the frame in my eyes to add plenty of stock to it over the coming years. You also cannot miss on the motor that this kid has in the defensive trenches as you see it consistently throughout his tape showing it off. He also has a plethora of pass rush moves that he uses at his disposal that surely contribue well at the next-level. Another one that you could see moving up a few spots in this group.
