Carmel offensive lineman Jackson Lloyd Jackson Lloyd 6'7" | 300 lbs | OL Carmel | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to Alabama on June 18.
He’s arguably the best offensive lineman in the state. As a tackle, he has good footwork and is violent with his hands. He is an explosive athlete for his size and has the frame to add weight if he wants to.
Lloyd chose Alabama over 18 other schools that offered him including Auburn, Florida and Ohio State among others.
He is the fourth player from California in Alabama’s 2025 recruiting class.

Lloyd is one of the top returning players across the state of California heading into next season, and should be a 15+ power five offer kid heading into the Fall. He has the ideal size, frame and elite athleticism for the tackle position, and is a natural bender that explodes out of his stance and has excellent movement abilities and feet in space while playing with good violence and block sustainment. He has impressed at multiple stops over the last 18 months against top competition, and proved why he is one of the top offensive linemen on the west coast. Look for Lloyd to be one of the hottest names that remains uncommitted through the off-season, and he will have plenty of suitors wanting his services once he graduates.
