Jack is one of the most productive RBs returning in 2026. He is coming off 1,729 yards and 23 TDs on the ground and also added 11 receptions for 130 yards and a TD. The 5’11” 195 lbs 2027 RB is building a strong and sturdy frame that has been able to handle the wear and tear of the RB position. The motor, power, and contact balance are featured on so many highlight clips and are clearly the pillars of his game. Jack is able to absorb contact and churn his legs through tackle attempts. The 2027 also shows some lateral wiggle to make a defender miss or give himself a better angle to break through a tackle attempt at the last second. The cherry on top is that Jack can also hit a gap and beat the entire field with his long speed. You need to tap into the small school RB’s highlights.

Jack has a strong argument for top talent in the conference. The 2027 RB amassed over 2,000 all purpose yards and 24 TDs in 2025. The 5’11” 195 lbs RB is a fun watch, but he has to be a nightmare to play. Jack has built a strong, and very low center of gravity. Over and over it allows Hoeper to easily absorb contact, break tackles, and run through outstretched arms. His ability to flip on that second gear in space further separates him and balances his game. Size, production, contact balance, and athleticism all qualify Hoeper for the next level. I’m looking forward to a very productive senior season from him.

This is an old-school back. A 200 lbs athlete who is going to punish the defense 4, 5, 6 yards at a time until he finally breaks loose for the big gain. Jack plays with excellent contact balance. He is so good at taking hits without even getting knocked off balance. Somehow the junior stays square and keeps going downfield until finally gang tackled, or he breaks loose for the endzone. Jack is built for a big workload. We should see more of that in 2026.

What an UNBELIEVABLE performance by the junior RB out of Spencer! Jack ran through the defense like a hot knife through butter. A ton of his success came on carries between the tackles. That was because once he got on his path Jackson was a runaway freight train that arm tackles had no impact against. His lower body power also gave him explosive acceleration that also got him through gaps and traffic quickly. Jack is one of those workhorse backs that thrives off wearing down the defense, but also has that second gear the second he hits the open field. Coaches are going to want to keep an eye on this kid as he chases after records.

2024 Stats: 132 Carries, 582 Yards, 8 TDs
What Jackson did in 2024 as a sophomore was solid, but now we want to see the 5’10” 190 lbs ’27 take that next step. Show that he can break off the big plays more consistently and continue to push that yds/att higher. The sophomore tape shows a kid that won’t hesitate to run behind his pads, move the pile, and rip through arm tackles. It is also impressive to see how smooth he can move through traffic. The one cut runner also has the vision to find the best seam to attack. I’m ready for it all to come together for the sophomore in 2025.
