About Jack
Expert Analysis
Niel Stopczynski | Prep Redzone Scout
Sprague played center, a position that looks appropriate for him. In the past, we’ve seen him playing at multiple positions on the interior, and that type of position versatility means immense value at the next level – ability to play ‘All 3’ inside. Sprague got good push off the ball and the Rockhurst run game often ran straight behind him in down and short situations. Sprague is one to continue to watch throughout the season.

Sprague had his 2025 season cut very short due to an ankle injury. The prior season, Sprague aligned at both guard positions and was highly effective. His early season 2025 film suggested a big year was about to take place at center. Sprague showed good twitch off the ball, operation at the second level, good base, hand usage, quick feet. Reportedly up to 290, with good strength numbers of 350 bench, 550 squat, Sprague needs to be on radars across America, especially with all three flexibility and a 3.7 GPA.

If you’re a firm believer in genetics, as I am, then you should go ahead and jot down 2027 Offensive Lineman

who is currently ranked the No.7 overall prospect and No.1 Offensive Line prospect in our 2024 Missouri rankings. I haven’t seen much of little brother Jack, but the bit I have seen has been impressive. His frame is tremendous and he’s just as athletic and mean as his older brothers. Rockhurst High School will have yet another Sprague on its sidelines for the next four years.
