One of the most apparent 2026 stockrisers I logged from Friday night’s game in Victoria, came from 2026 athlete

. The 6’0 185 pounder played a miles ahead of that size with how many yards after contact he was able to get on Friday night on the Holy Family defense, as I would love to know what that final number was stats-wise. I also thought it was evident the position flexibility Isaiah has for the next-level even though I saw high glimpses as a slot-back on Saturdays. Isaiah might be one of the more under the radar 2026 prospects in the state, as he showed off the high bar of athletic ability that is there for the taking!

out of Annandale. On multiple levels of the field, Isaiah shows off a game changer that can flip on the jets and agile movement with his excellent finesse to flip the field. Isaiah just shows off that chip on his shoulder mentality on tape as a small town prospect to know now in the upper Midwest.

sadly didn’t get a full season of action in, as he was injured going into Week 8 of the regular season and is out for the rest of the year. In 7 games of 2024, Turner played in only 18 of 28 possible quarters due to blowouts, and posted 600+ receiving yards, 400+ rushing yards, and 300+ return yards, coming out to 1,343 all-purpose yards and 13 total TDs.
North Dakota’s been hitting him up this season, and for good reason, as Turner is explosive, dynamic, strong, and physical. The 6′, 185 lber. can take the top off the defense, tracks the deep ball well, and is also explosive in the return game and can finish big returns once he gets the sideline. Turner took a punt back to the house and had a couple of good kick returns in seven games as well. He displays contact balance and a strong lower body that can bounce tackle attempts off his lower body with ease, as well as impressive burst. He can get up to top speed quickly and cut and change direction at top speed as well. Turner also owns smooth COD ability and is a solid route runner who can create separation at the top of the route, as well as good hands. Wish he didn’t get injured, but I like his junior tape and playmaking ability. Hit this man up!

Representing Annandale, home to recent Minnesota Gophers and NDSU Bison OT signees and a town of around 3,200 located about an hour and 15 minutes west of the Twin Cities, 5’11, 180 lber. Isaiah Turner is another name I’ll be watching closer than most. Turner is one of around a handful of prospects who have a great shot of rising significantly up the rankings Big Board depending on the junior tape, how hard they worked in the offseason, Mother Nature, and their verified athletic numbers, but the sophomore tape is good and he proved himself to be a natural playmaker, multi-phase contributor, and an accountable and competitive contributor who helped lead Annandale to the 3A state championship game.
The RB/WR/returner plays with an almost frantic pace and brings noticeable burst and speed to the field whenever he touches the ball. He accelerates out of the backfield like he was shot out of a cannon, and brings that same energy to special teams, where Turner is an explosive kick returner who can find and exploit seams in a coverage unit, will run behind his pads, is sudden laterally, and can cut at top speed. Annandale, rightfully so I must add, did a great job of getting Turner into space and letting him do the rest. We’ll see how he’s sharpened and developed his game soon.
