Isaiah Near Isaiah Near 5'10" | 180 lbs | LB/DB London | 2028 State OH is a very good all-around outside linebacker and safety prospect. Near takes great angles to the ball against the run, wrapping up behind the line-of-scrimmage and displays good range and closing speed. I love Near’s abilities in coverage, as he does a great job of dropping back and timing the ball with his hands to break up passes. I wouldn’t be shocked if his recruiting takes off during summer college camps.

Near was a dominant force for the Red Raiders all night. He forced a fumble and picked up the recovery, got a sack on fourth down, and had two tackles for loss on key third downs. He was a pain for the Alder offense.
